Grandma & Mama Patierno in the 1960’s

Mama Patierno’s, LLC was founded by Frederick (Federico) Stodolak in honor of his “Mama” whose maiden name was Patierno; a family with roots that can be traced back centuries to southern Italy. As a child and into early adulthood, each day Federico watched his Mama cook great authentic Italian, Greek, Polish and Hungarian meals and was impressed and inspired by the many different spices and seasoning blends that she and Grandma Patierno (who often helped in the kitchen) created and used.
